SUBMIT PLAYER EVALUATION FORMS

Every coach is required to submit an evaluation form for each player on their team, with the  exception of their own child. We use these evaluations to help build evenly matched teams,     which lead to better games, fewer mismatches, and a more positive experience for all players.
