With the recent notification from the state of Indiana that schools will not reopen this year and with Indiana soccer announcing that they have cancelled the Indiana Soccer season, the Batesville Soccer Club Spring Recreational season has been canceled.
We knew the longer the stay-at-home order was kept in place the harder it would be for us to play this season, but we were holding out hope that somehow, someway we would be able to play this Spring. We are disappointed but feel that cancellation of the season is best course of action for public health and safety.
